About

Reese Environmental Consulting was formed in August of 2012 to meet the needs of small and medium sized businesses and individuals for specialized environmental services, including environmental impact assessments, permit preparation, and ecological services. Think of us as your on-call, in-house environmental specialist.

Principal Frances Reese holds a B.S. degree in zoology and masters’ degrees in Water Resources Management and Soil Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has worked at the federal, state and local government levels and in the private sector for over 30 years.

Ms. Reese recently earned a certification as a Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) through the Soil Science Society of America.

She has taught soil science, water resources management and geography courses at the college level and wetland delineation and hydric soils courses for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and the New York State Wetlands Forum.

To provide the best service to her clients, Ms. Reese has assembled a team of specialists with expertise in cultural resources, geographic information systems, geology, wildlife biology and toxicology. Our aim is to provide the most qualified team for your projects.
